Hi, my name is chloe jarvisI am a licensed mental health counselor based in Olympia, Washington. I provide clinical mental health counseling for adults and teens. I offer strengths-based counseling that offers support for resiliency, healing, and chronic mental health conditions. I have deep respect for my clients and their lived experiences.
As a therapist, I understand my role to be a humble, curious facilitator, as I listen to and honor the inner wisdom that emerges within the therapy space. My work is to facilitate and support increased self-awareness, inner knowing, and action towards goals with my clients as the experts in their life. I understand healing and change to be a life-long process in which we are all growing to better understand ourselves, our relationships, and our own way forward through our lives. My own healing journey has involved learning through mindfulness, body-centered and emotional processing, and deepening the connection I have to my own intuition and soulful nature. |
